The South Ostrobothnia welfare region in Finland from Europe region has released this tender for The South Ostrobothnia Welfare Region (Client) is requesting offers for a job guidance service. Job guidance is part of the overall system of supporting the work of the South Ostrobothnia Welfare Region's staff and developing their broad-based expertise, which ensures the quality of care and service received by customers and patients. The South Ostrobothnia Welfare Region primarily uses trained job guides from within the South Ostrobothnia Welfare Region. However, job guidance is also procured as an external service in accordance with the terms of this call for tenders to supplement the Client's needs in situations where suitable internal job guides are not available. Job guidance is procured as needed for employees in all operating areas throughout the geographical area of ​​the welfare region. When the service provider register was established, the procurement was divided into six (6) sub-areas and the service provider could offer one or more sub-areas: 1. Individual work supervision 2. Group work supervision 3. Work community or work team work supervision 4. Individual work supervision of superiors and management 5. Group work supervision of superiors and management 6. Patient or client case individual work supervision The person performing the work according to the subject of the procurement must have the professional qualifications required for the service to be procured. Work supervision takes place at the Client's premises, in premises arranged by the Service Provider or remotely as agreed. The need for the service is assessed by the welfare area. The Client does not commit to purchasing a specific amount of service. The work supervision service to be procured is further defined in the Service Description and Draft Agreement appendices to the request for tender. This is the first opening of the service provider register established in 2024 after the establishment of the register, for more information on the procurement procedure, see Appendix Description of the procurement procedure. In connection with the opening of the open contract arrangement, the Client has the right to add new service categories or services to be offered based on the results of the service quality development work carried out during the open contract arrangement. In connection with the first opening, the Client adds sub-area 7. Patient or customer case group work supervision as a new sub-area of ​​the service provider register.
