The Brittany Region in France from Europe region has released this tender for The purpose of this contract is the design, preparation, facilitation, coordination, communication, and evaluation of the activities of the Climate Plan Network. For the purposes of this contract, facilitating the network involves uniting and coordinating the activities of its members to foster a collective dynamic at the regional level. To this end, the service provider is expected to promote exchange, a friendly atmosphere, and ensure that members enjoy being part of the network. Uniting around common interests and valuing the work of network members by sharing it are essential to stimulating, mobilizing, and energizing the network. Information management for and within the network therefore plays a significant role in the facilitation to be developed. The objective is to support network members in becoming true actors in its facilitation, and not simply "consumers" of it. The objectives are: • to promote mutual understanding, support, and the sharing of experiences among members; • to support the development of local authorities skills in climate, air, and energy policies; • To provide reliable, accessible and up-to-date information on regulatory frameworks, methods, tools and funding; • To identify and capitalize on the needs, difficulties, solutions and practices of the territories; • To strengthen the link between regional and national guidelines and their local implementation; • To further mobilize territories and audiences that are underrepresented in the network; • To promote collective ownership of the network so that its members actively contribute to its programming and operation; • To showcase the territorial actions and partnership dynamics of Ambition Climat Bretagne. with tender notice no. 719589-2026 published on 19 Oct 2026.
