The works include in particular: the fitting out of telecom premises (racks, cabinets, optical cable heads, cable trays, earthing); the fitting out of power outlets and distribution panels; the laying, connection and testing of low-voltage cables (copper, LAN, fiber optics); the laying and connection of high-voltage cables supplying the telecom installations; the installation of telecom equipment in stations and on platforms (display screens, cameras, loudspeakers, audible beacons, clocks, wifi access points, antennas, supports and masts); The installation of HDPE conduits and pipes, copper cables, and fiber optics; the installation of grounding and longitudinal grounding systems; and associated minor civil engineering work (foundations, conduits, drilling, concrete breaking). Details are specified in the tender documents. Each lot is awarded to two contractors: the first-tier contractor (lowest bidder) and the second-tier contractor (second-highest bidder). Purchase orders are allocated 70% (± 10%) to the first-tier contractor and 30% (± 10%) to the second-tier contractor for each execution period. This allocation applies to purchase orders actually issued and does not constitute a volume commitment. The amount of each purchase order is capped at €200,000 excluding VAT. The framework agreement includes a firm two-year term, from May 10, 2027 to May 9, 2029, and a possible one-year renewal, from May 10, 2029 to May 9, 2030. Bidders may apply for one or more lots.
