For this consultation, candidates may only submit bids for Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 7. In accordance with Article R2122-8 of the French Public Procurement Code, lots 5, 6, and 8 are subject to a procedure without prior publication or competitive bidding (for lots with a value less than €60,000 excluding VAT and which meet the condition stipulated in point b of paragraph 2 of Article R. 2123-1 of the French Public Procurement Code). For lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 7: candidates may submit bids for one or more lots. Each lot will be awarded to a single economic operator. Each lot includes a portion executed through the issuance of purchase orders and a portion resulting in the conclusion of subsequent contracts. This framework agreement is established for a period of 48 months from the date of notification, and no earlier than February 1, 2027. It may be terminated annually on each anniversary date (notification date) by decision of the Greater Reims Urban Community Purchasing Center, notified to the contractor by registered letter/email with acknowledgment of receipt no later than two (2) months before the end of the current period.
