All of the mission elements and their execution methods are described in the notebooks of specific technical clauses (CCTP): CCTP Lot 1 - Assistance Missions with land contracting CCTP Lot 2 - Biodiversity contracting assistance assistance missions Holders will bring their knowledge and skills to deal with land (lot 1) and biodiversity (lot 2) issues in support of APIJ teams. Among other things, they are up to date with the latest regulatory developments. The projects, objects of the missions of the framework agreements, are located in mainland France and in the overseas departments and communities. Holders must have the capacity to provide services throughout the territory. Each batch of this framework agreement is carried out, in accordance with article R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code, as the need for the occurrence of the need, by issuing purchase orders. Applicants can apply for both lots.
