OPTIONAL SERVICES The CEA plans to extend the contract duration through two one-year extension options: - Option 1: Extension of services for one additional year - Option 2: Extension of services for one additional year. UNIT PRICE SERVICES Unit price services (UP) include the following: - Assistance in preparing a consultation (page 14 of the Specifications) - Assistance in conducting a consultation (page 14 of the Specifications) - Market risk analysis The Contractor undertakes to provide, for the entire duration of the contract, the items listed in the UP. In the event that an item becomes unavailable for any reason, the Contractor undertakes to immediately inform the CEA in writing and to propose a replacement item of equivalent nature, quality, and price. The CEA will have one month to accept or refuse this replacement item. Substitution is only possible after written authorization from the CEA. SERVICES ON CHANGE FORM ON PRIOR QUOTE (FDMDP) Services on FDMDP concern the execution of change services directly related to the subject of the contract. with tender notice no. 701104-2026 published on 12 Oct 2026.
