The lots resulting from this consultation constitute single-award framework agreements that will be executed by purchase order (Articles L.2125-1 1°, R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code). Lot 1 is awarded without a minimum amount but with a maximum order amount of €130,000 excluding VAT over the total duration of the contract. Lot 2 is awarded without a minimum amount but with a maximum order amount of €150,000 excluding VAT over the total duration of the contract. The framework agreements resulting from this consultation are concluded for an initial term of 12 months from the date of notification. At the end of this initial contractual period, they will be tacitly renewed three times for further 12-month periods. Should Constructys decide not to renew the public contract, it will inform the Contractor via Constructys' e-procurement platform no later than two months before the expiry of the current contractual period. The Contractor will not be able to refuse the renewal decided by Constructys.
