Automated tram wheel measurement system (SMAR): supply, installation, commissioning and operational maintenance, RATP tram line T2 and railway tram lines

The RATP in France from Europe region has released this tender for This notice aims to establish a single-supplier, non-lotted contract, with minimum and maximum quantities expressed in terms of quantity, executed by delivery and service orders, for each equipped site: the design, supply, installation and commissioning of a tram wheel profile measurement system (laser sensors, cameras, lighting, cabinet, processing and communication modules); the supply, configuration and commissioning of the wheel profile reconstruction and operation software and its integration into the RATP maintenance information system; the site study and integration services on the infrastructure; testing, metrological validation and support during a six-month probationary period; documentation in French and maintenance training; a three-year warranty from final acceptance, including maintenance of the device and software; the supply of spare parts and obsolescence management (15-year guaranteed availability); and, upon request, post-warranty maintenance. Minimum (firm commitment): Equipment for line T2, i.e., two (2) devices in storage at the maintenance and storage facilities in Issy-les-Moulineaux and Colombes, including software, commissioning, regular service verification, and a three-year warranty from final acceptance. Maximum: Eight (8) devices in total across all tram lines (T1, T2, T3a, T3b, T7, T8), connection of five additional lines to the software, post-warranty maintenance of the eight devices and the software until the end of the contract, 370 mm wheel measurement capacity for eight devices (optional line), and technical expertise services, within the maximum quantities specified in Article 17 of the draft contract.
