CICM IDF and SE Maintenance Markets 2027-2032

The GRDF in France from Europe region has released this tender for The services entrusted to the Company concern CICM Maintenance, which, within the framework of the contract renewal for the IDF and SE PACA regions, consist of: • Leak detection at the level of all constituent works (OCG, OCC, building pipe, riser, regulators, …) • Verification of the OCG (general shut-off device) (and OCC) and of the OCI (individual shut-off device) • Verification of the decompression valve associated with the collective connection • Check of the general condition of the regulators • Check of the condition of the building pipe (CI), the riser and passageway pipes (CM and CC), the manifolds (NO), the kitchen stems (TC) and the individual connections on the riser pipe • Check of the identification of the OCI. • Collection of data necessary for traceability of interventions and major anomalies in the mobile tool • Optimized Corrective Maintenance • Performance of deferred maintenance actions • Verification of the completeness and consistency of major inventory data. In the case of CICM overhauls equipped with a DDMP (maximum pressure flow trigger), the contract also requires: • Conducting a preliminary survey • Notifying customers • Testing the DDMP triggering function • Restoring service to disconnected customers. This list is not exhaustive and will be detailed further in the Technical Specifications for selected candidates. Overall projected volume: 37,750 actions estimated to be processed in the Île-de-France region (29,500 for Île-de-France) and SE PACA region (8,250 for SE PACA) over 24 months. GRDF geographical areas: Île-de-France and SE PACA. Contract duration: April 2, 2027 to April 1, 2029, with three one-year renewal periods possible for all lots. Contract type: Multi-supplier framework agreement with purchase orders, with volumes allocated according to market share rules and the specific lot. Commitment: Estimated value of the contract excluding VAT: €4,195,828.63. Estimated value of Lot 1 IDF excluding VAT: €3,028,501.27. Estimated value of Lot 2 SE PACA excluding VAT: €1,167,327.37.
