Equipop therefore wishes to produce two capitalization deliverables in order to take stock and disseminate the achievements of this approach focused on health democracy. The consultant will also have to appropriate the experiences of 2 previous similar projects (Burkinbiwili and My reality) led by Equipop and its partners to highlight good practices and pitfalls to avoid. Burkinbiwili : The Burkinbiwili project aims to develop the leadership of adolescents and young people to contribute to the improvement of the political environment and government action on ADRJS. The objective is that the specific needs of young people, in particular those of the most vulnerable, are taken into account in the implementation and monitoring of government policy commitments and SRHAY programs, through the conduct of a social audit and citizen mobilization. My reality : The Ma Réalité project aims to raise awareness of the real needs of young people in terms of SRH/FP in Côte d'Ivoire, and to facilitate frank and caring communication in order to improve young people's access to information and serving services. Key terminology: Health democracy: The concept of health democracy corresponds to the framework in which public action in terms of health is debated, designed, implemented and evaluated by all the actors concerned: elected officials National and local officials and civil servants, health workers, users of health services and citizens in general, including young people and adolescents, at different levels territory (local, regional, national). It is a dynamic and progressive process. Citizen Watch: Lever to achieve health democracy via different tools for observing rights violations (such as the social audit deployed in this project). Objective of the consultation Develop an educational guide and scenarios for 4 short videos for the capitalization of the Jeunes En Vigie (JEV) project Specific objectives OS1 : Write a 15-page teaching guide for the step-by-step implementation of a citizen watchdog carried out by young people, in particular young girls, based on: i) the process implemented as part of the Young Watchdog project and the experiences of the Ma réel and Burkinbiwili projects, ii) Equipop's reflections, particularly on feminist health democracy, iii) The links between the empowerment of listeners and their civic engagement OS2 : Propose the scenarios of the 4 capitalization videos based on the feedback and experiences of the listeners.
