Description : This contract is part of the "Airport Line" (LAE) operation, which aims to connect the future Blagnac Metro station to Toulouse Blagnac airport with a high level of performance in a 7-minute journey time, with a 5-minute interval. This operation provides for the creation of an LAE terminus and an additional tram station on line T1 within a multimodal interchange hub at Jean Maga, a modification of the Airport terminus station (moving the station back by approximately 16m to create a forecourt in front of the terminal building), as well as the enhancement of the T2 tramway infrastructure, a section of tramway of approximately 2.5 km providing service to Toulouse Blagnac airport from the Jean Maga crossroads. The operation is divided into 11 lots. This call for tenders concerns the CFO-CFA energy works, their object is: the CFO - CFA energy works necessary for the proper functioning of the tramway equipment; the services related to video surveillance devices, access control of premises/BT/SIGF equipment; sound system as well as the CFA equipment to be implemented under the canopy and the peripheral closure. The contract includes a firm phase and an optional phase. The firm phase concerns the creation of the developments necessary for the commissioning of the Airport line on the Jean Maga and Toulouse Blagnac Airport sectors. It also includes the surface development works on these two sectors (in particular: creation of the forecourt, redevelopment of the Latécoère avenue, station entrance canopy, restoration of existing functionalities). The duration of the firm phase is 19 months. The optional phase concerns the works related to the implementation of the specific pricing of the Airport Line and in particular the installation of the perimeter glass roof and the line for checking the validity of tickets for access to or exit from the station, at the Airport station. The duration of the optional phase is 12 months. The maximum period for firming up the optional phase is 18 months from the start date of the services of the firm phase
