During this mission, the evaluation team will be expected to: To consult all relevant documentation on the program; To speak with the various stakeholders of the program; To carry out in-depth case studies in certain countries via face-to-face missions; To analyze the information collected. The exact methodology used is at the discretion of the consultancy team, but must necessarily include qualitative techniques for collecting and analyzing impacts.
