· R4: The production of suckers and sustainable transformation by organized professional local actors (including specific work on the introduction of agro-ecological practices).
Objectives of the SubEntAgri project
For the SubEntAgri project, three results are therefore expected:
The two projects to be evaluated (ProFiMA and SubEntAgri) are part of the “Agricultural Entrepreneurship” and “Feminine Entrepreneurship” intervention, part of the “Entrepreneurship” program implemented by Enabel in Guinea and which aims to contribute significantly to the inclusive and sustainable economic development of the Conakry-Kindia-Mamou axis.
The objectives of the final evaluation are of several orders. This is on the one hand (objective 1) to provide teams and project stakeholders with an assessment of its action and the activities carried out, to assess the relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, impact (changes : induced effects and territorial impacts), (objective 2) to assess the sustainability of activities and identify any indirect effects; and on the other hand (objective 3) to draw lessons and formulate recommendations for future interventions.
