An economic operator may be designated as the contractor for one, several or all of the lots. Unless otherwise specified, the contract is designated indiscriminately in the tender documents 'framework agreement', 'contract' regardless of the lot concerned. Unless otherwise specified, all the provisions mentioned in the tender documents apply to all the lots. The description of the services is described in the CCTP. Aix-Marseille Université wishes to use its public procurement as a tool to fight unemployment and socio-professional exclusion. The insertion process, as detailed and specified in the CCAP, constitutes a condition for the execution of the contract in accordance with Article L2112-2 of the Public Procurement Code. Within the framework of an allotment, this clause applies to the aforementioned entire lots. The implementation of the insertion objectives is detailed in Article 7.4 below. The present contract is awarded to meet the needs of small building works for all structures (directions/components/labs, etc.) of Aix-Marseille Université, for the premises they are responsible for as works management, excluding any preventive and corrective maintenance. These needs are general. The works may be carried out under internal or external project management. The works carried out under this contract amount to strictly less than 100,000 € HT per lot and per order. Cases of non-exclusivity of the contractor for the execution of the works are described in Article 1.4.2 of the CCAP of the framework agreement. The framework agreement being multi-attribute, the method of awarding orders is as follows: The number of contractors for this contract is equal to three (subject to a minimum number of received offers). Each lot being multi-attribute, the method of awarding orders is that of multi-attribute 'cascade' award.
