Implementation of pilot training programs leading to certification for nationals of third countries

It focuses exclusively on phase 2 of the project, relating to the implementation of professional development pathways with a certification objective for third-country nationals, based on the skills assessment and evaluation tools developed in phase 1. The services are organized across three territories - Île-de-France, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and Nouvelle-Aquitaine - with, provisionally, three cohorts of twelve participants per lot over the duration of the contract, i.e. one cohort in 2027 and two cohorts in 2028. The services entrusted to the contractor include, for the lot concerned, the sourcing and pre-selection of participants eligible for the FAMI scheme, the collection and transmission to IPERIA of the supporting documents necessary for the validation of their entry into the pathway, as well as coordination with the sectoral career guidance and development advisors (COEPS) of IPERIA. The incumbent is then responsible for implementing, exclusively in person, the professional development pathways leading to certification, defined based on the individual assessments of participants and validated by IPERIA. These pathways include the competency blocks of the relevant IPERIA professional qualifications, the associated assessments and juries, as well as the language, digital, citizenship, workplace first aid, and certification preparation modules stipulated in the Technical Specifications.
