In order to improve its knowledge of the risk and define the mitigation measures to be implemented as part of its Flood Protection Plan (PPCI), the EPML had a vulnerability study carried out in 2018. An action plan resulting from the latter includes the carrying out of several studies and diagnostics. The purpose of this contract is to carry out seven studies recommended as part of a vulnerability study carried out in 2018 as well as to update the EPML PPCI accordingly. This CCTP defines the following services: ● Study n°1 – Carry out a general health diagnosis of the existing pumping and drainage systems and the private rainwater and wastewater sanitation network ● Study n°2 – Carry out a water flow study ● Study no. 3 – Evaluate the impact of CPCU’s premature shutdown of steam on the conservation of works ● Study no. 4 – Evaluate the impact of the premature shutdown of chilled water and emergency electrical energy on the operation of the site ● Study n°5 – Carry out hydrogeological modeling to assess the level of risk and quantify pumping needs ● Study n°6 – Carry out a hydrological and hydraulic study of the operation of the private network to assess the level of risk ● Study n°7 – Identify the premises to be preserved and carry out an audit of LV and fluid penetrations in these spaces It is planned to integrate all the relevant results of these studies into the EPML PPCI.
