The services concern the provision of Current Supplies and Services for the external control of these roadway work operations and maintenance operations or marking of horizontal signage on new roadways, in the areas of: - aggregates, binders and pavements, - specifications of constituents, conditions of implementation of materials and products during the application of marking renewal. However, exceptions to the exclusivity clause for the services covered by this framework agreement are to be expected for the following works: - services carried out internally by State services (Cerema, DIR, etc.), - for a given file, the services entrusted to service providers who are historically already holders of this file, - Services managed by engineering services, - Experimentation or innovation services. 1. Construction hours and days: -Lot 1: The construction sites take place mainly during the day, from Monday to Friday, between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. However, when operating conditions require it, certain projects can be carried out at night, between 8:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., also from Monday evening to Friday morning. - Lot 2: The construction sites are generally carried out at night, from Monday evening to Friday morning, between 8:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. By default, all prices are considered for interventions carried out from day to week. Capital gains are applied to compensate for the constraints linked to night interventions. These capital gains are cumulative. 2. The estimated needs relate to the renewal of approximately 750,000 m2 of roadway per year, distributed as follows: Approximately 50% of the sites in preventive maintenance (wearing course only) and approximately 50% in curative maintenance (renewal of the wearing and connecting layers or structure). 3. Detail per batch: - Lot 1: Estimated number of sites: 15 sites/year - Average size of sites: 2,500 tonnes - Lot 2: Estimated number of sites: 18 sites/year, divided equally between preventive maintenance and renewal - Average size of sites: 2,000 tonnes The contract holder will be responsible for: - Validate the external chain of control of the works company and, more generally, the techniques used on the site; - Carry out checks according to the frequency and the control plan selected by the project manager on the proposal of the holder; - Provide, at the request of the project manager, technical advice during the execution of the work; - Assist the project manager in removing hold points; - Carry out additional interventions or specific tests at the request of the project manager; - At the end of the project, prepare a summary note on the progress of the project, with an annex containing the file of all the checks carried out. - The mission will include preparation meetings, interventions on site or on manufacturing sites (in the workshop), laboratory tests, participation in meetings, assistance to the project manager in the various areas concerned.
