To reach its ambition, in 2019, the DSRH declined its strategic orientations according to five axes including the axis "a new managerial model".
The program consists of 3 missions:
-Mission 1 to managers managers (CSRH)
-Mission 2 to directors (CSRH and headquarters)
-Mission 3 intended for HR managers.
The support of these target populations will be used will be done via different tools: individual 360 ° type evaluation questionnaire, peer coaching, codev frame, training (face -to -face and remote), PDI, launch and closing sessions. : The details of the services appear in article II-2-4
