The VAL D'OISE HABITAT in France from Europe region has released this tender for This consultation concerns the multi-supplier framework agreement with purchase orders for printing services for communication and signage materials for Val dOise Habitat (3 LOTS). The services consist of printing, binding, finishing, packaging, and delivery of communication and signage materials for VAL DOISE HABITAT. The services are detailed in the Special Conditions of Contract (CCP) common to all lots. The contract comprises three lots: - Lot 1 - Standard printed materials: flyers (A6/A5/A4), 2-3 panel leaflets, posters (A3/A2/A1), brochures (8 to 48 pages), booklets (welcome booklet, guides, charters, regulations) - digital or offset printing depending on print runs. - Lot 2 - Large format & signage: Large format & Signage: kakemonos, roll-up banners, tarpaulins, banners, panels (PVC, Dibond, Akilux), window decals, perforated film, stands and backdrops - for indoor and/or outdoor use. - Lot 3 - Mapping & Specific Media: Mapping & specific media: large-format maps and plans, wall maps, invitation cards + matching envelopes, stickers and labels (simple cut or shaped). Each lot will be subject to a framework agreement. Bidders may submit offers for all lots and be awarded all lots. Successful bidders must be able to handle both one-off and recurring orders, with varying deadlines and deliveries to one or more sites. The minimum and maximum annual amounts per lot are as follows: - Lot 1: Standard printed materials - Minimum amount: N/A - Maximum amount: €55,000 excluding VAT - Lot 2: Large format & signage - Minimum amount: N/A - Maximum amount: €28,000 excluding VAT - Lot 3: Mapping & specific media - Minimum amount: N/A - Maximum amount: €14,000 excluding VAT. Place(s) of performance: Val dOise Habitat property, located in the Val dOise department. The procurement procedure used is: open tender. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code. This consultation includes environmental and social performance conditions, detailed in Article 18 of the Special Conditions of Contract (SCC). To optimize the analysis of bids, candidates will provide samples. The three lots of the framework agreement are concluded for a period of one year from the date of notification. They are renewable by tacit agreement three (3) times for periods of one (1) year, without their total duration exceeding four (4) years.The non-renewal of one of the lots of the framework agreement under these conditions does not entitle the holder of that lot to any compensation, nor may they refuse its renewal. The three lots of the framework agreement are scheduled to begin in January 2027.
