PERIODIC AND SPECIAL INSPECTION SERVICES FOR THE EQUIPMENT OF THE METROPOLITAN TRANSPORT AUTHORITY (4 LOTS)

The RTM - Metropolitan Transport Authority in France from Europe region has released this tender for 1/ La consultation est décomposée en quatre lots ci-après énoncés : Lot 1 Contrôles périodiques et pontuels des appareils de levage et monte-charges non accessibles ; Lot 2 Contrôles périodiques et pontuels des installations électriques ; Lot 3 : Contrôles périodiques et ponctuels des escaliers mécaniques, ascenseurs et monte-charges accessibles ; Lot 4 : Contrôles périodiques et pontuels des équipements sous pression. The services to be performed are described and executed in accordance with the dispositions of the CCAP as well as the CCTP common to all lots, documents attached to the present Notice of Public Appeal (AAPC). Candidates have the option of submitting to one, several or all lots. The offers will be examined lot by lot. Candidates cannot submit variable offers depending on the number of lots likely to be obtained. Each framework agreement is concluded with a single economic operator and executed in part by the issuance of purchase orders, for the services described in the contractual documents (in the conditions fixed in articles R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Code) and in part by the conclusion of subsequent markets for the needs of which all the contractual stipulations are not fixed in the framework documents (in accordance with articles R2162-7, R2162-11 et R2162-12 du Code).
