Project management assistance to support the implementation of the Solideo Alpes 2030 universal accessibility strategy

The SOLIDEO ALPES 2030 in France from Europe region has released this tender for As part of the organization of the 2030 Alps Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games, Solideo Alpes 2030 is seeking a service provider to support the implementation of its universal accessibility strategy. This strategy aims to guarantee optimal usability for all users. It must also leave a lasting legacy for the mountain regions after the Games. The scope covers facilities located in Haute-Savoie, Savoie, the Briançonnais region, and the Lyon metropolitan area. These include Olympic and Paralympic villages and public buildings, mobility infrastructure, and sports facilities, most of which will have a "Games" configuration followed by a "legacy" configuration. The tasks include: - monitoring, updating, and evaluating the universal accessibility strategy, as well as conducting specific studies; - supporting facilities during the design phase; - supporting facilities during the construction and handover phases; - Facilitating user expert groups and organizing site visits. The details of the tasks are specified in the Technical Specifications. The framework agreement is awarded to a single supplier. It is executed through purchase orders and subsequent contracts (Articles R. 2162-2 to R. 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code), with no minimum amount and a maximum amount of €200,000 excluding VAT per year, i.e., €800,000 excluding VAT over the total duration of the framework agreement, including renewals. It is concluded for an initial period of 12 months, tacitly renewable three times for periods of 12 months, i.e., a maximum of 48 months.
