Environmental ambitions revolve around themes such as sustainable development (soil permeability, rainwater management), resource efficiency, energy performance including the use of renewable energy for new sections, the choice of materials and a low-carbon construction approach (including the use of bio-based/geo-sourced and reclaimed materials), user comfort and health with a strong focus on summer comfort (thermal comfort, indoor air quality, acoustics), operational quality and maintenance (technical simplicity and efficiency, easy access to equipment), low-impact construction site management, and a sustainable economic approach in terms of overall cost. A High Environmental Quality (HQE) approach (without certification) is required, with monitoring of objectives by HQE target at the various stages of design through to construction. The installation of photovoltaic panels for collective self-consumption is also required. This project aims to be innovative and exemplary in its approach to construction on an occupied site, overseen by a logistics project management assistant, in order to best address the projects complexity, which lies in the coordination of 5 phases of work. This collaborative approach will be initiated from the design stage through to the completion of the construction phase. - New construction of the elementary school cafeteria (phase 1) - Renovation of the kitchen area of ​​the preschool cafeteria (phase 2) - Rehabilitation of elementary school building 1 (existing cafeteria) (phase 3) - Energy renovation of elementary school buildings 1 and 2 (phase 4) - Conversion of elementary school playgrounds into CNEI (phase 5) TEAM COMPOSITION: REQUIRED SKILLS (INTEGRATED INTO THE JOINT CONTRACT) - Architect; lead contractor of the joint venture - Cost consultant - Kitchen design office - Structural engineering firm (concrete, steel)Wood - HQE (High Environmental Quality) Engineering Firm (including bio-sourced/geo-sourced materials) - Mechanical Engineering Firm - Fire Safety System Coordination - Infrastructure Engineering Firm - Landscape Architect - Acoustical Engineering Firm. Architect candidates and co-contracting architects are prohibited from submitting multiple bids, whether acting as individual candidates and as members of one or more consortia, or as members of multiple consortia. The following tasks will be performed by one or more members of the consortium under the following conditions: - Authorization for co-contractors (other skills) to participate in multiple consortia, except for the landscape architect, who is limited to a maximum of 5 consortia. If more than 5 bids are submitted by the same landscape architect, the City of Rezé will accept the first 5 submissions in chronological order of submission, time-stamped by the electronic submission platform.
