Project management for the restructuring of the catering area, the development of outdoor spaces and the energy renovation of the housing at the Le Val Badinter school group - Meudon

The CITALLIA in France from Europe region has released this tender for The contract concerns project management for the works at the Le Val - Badinter school complex, located in Meudon (92). The school complex is undergoing a comprehensive restructuring project comprising three components: - Energy renovation of the apartments located above the cafeteria: complete rehabilitation of the apartments with a minimum energy performance target of B and compliance with BBC Renovation 2024 standards, including improvements to access and drainage of the cellars; - Restructuring of the school cafeteria. Given the nature of the works, a temporary modular kitchen will be installed on the adjacent plot for the duration of the renovation; - Development, as part of an oasis courtyard project, of the rear courtyard, the two existing courtyards, and the adjacent double plot. The project requires a diverse range of skills due to the multiple uses involved: school (playground, oasis courtyard), catering (community kitchen), and housing (energy renovation). The school portion of the project will be carried out on an occupied site. The continuity of catering services must therefore be ensured throughout the duration of the works, notably by keeping the temporary modular kitchen operational. The accommodations will be empty during the works. The description of the tasks and technical specifications is included in the commitment agreement, the breakdown of the overall fixed price (DPGF), and the special technical specifications (CCTP) of the contract. The contract duration is 43 months from the date of notification. The minimum required annual turnover is €800,000 excluding VAT, and this is assessed with regard to all members of the consortium, in accordance with Article R.2142-7 of the French Public Procurement Code.
