Provision of temporary staff for the replacement of employees of the City of Rennes, Rennes Métropole, the Rennes CCAS (Social Action Centre) and the Caisse des écoles (School Fund)

This approach meets the requirements for integrating sustainable development considerations into the public procurement of the City of Rennes, Rennes Métropole, the Rennes Social Action Center (CCAS), and the School Fund. It also falls within the framework of the objectives of the Socially and Environmentally Responsible Procurement Promotion Scheme (SPASER), which is shared by the three public entities. The members of the consortium implement, whenever possible, within the framework of its contracts, an approach aimed at promoting the return to employment of individuals facing social and professional integration difficulties. The successful bidder must comply with applicable legislation, particularly the French Labor Code. This framework agreement is launched within the framework of the following joint procurement group: Rennes Métropole, the City of Rennes, the Rennes City Social Action Center (CCAS), and the Rennes School Fund have formed a joint procurement group in accordance with Articles L2113-6 to L2113-8 of the French Public Procurement Code, with the City of Rennes acting as coordinator. The estimated value over the total duration of the contract is €680,000 excluding VAT. The maximum amount of benefits for the initial period (2 years) of the framework agreement is 460,000 euros excluding VAT, according to the following distribution: City of Rennes: 350,000 euros excluding VAT; Rennes Métropole: 80,000 euros excluding VAT; CCAS of Rennes: 30,000 euros excluding VAT. The amounts will be identical for each renewal period. The total maximum amount of the framework agreement, across all periods, is therefore €920,000 excluding VAT.
