The Operator of Cultural Heritage and Real Estate Projects (OPPIC) in France from Europe region has released this tender for This consultation concerns the award of a contract for intellectual services relating to: - A mission of scheduling, management, and coordination of studies and works for the design and execution of: o consolidation and preservation works on the monument – ​​sub-operation 1 (under the project management of ACMH) o new works for the creation of new access points and spaces within the Louvre Museum and the development of its surroundings – sub-operation 2 (under the project management of MOP). The mission is divided into a detailed project management mission for each sub-operation and a general project management mission (covering both LGC sub-operations). - A logistics mission for the Louvre – Great Colonnade operation. - A mission to participate in the coordination of operations within the overall "Louvre – New Renaissance" project. The "Louvre – Great Colonnade" project is divided into two sub-projects, each under the responsibility of a separate but coordinated project management team: - Sub-project 1: "Consolidation and preservation work on the monument," managed by ACMH; - Sub-project 2: "New works for the creation of new access points and spaces within the Louvre Museum and the development of its surroundings," managed by the firm selected following the architectural competition. The contract covers both the planning and execution phases of the works for both sub-projects. The contract is based on a mixed pricing model, partly at a fixed price and partly at unit prices with purchase orders. The unit-price services are contracted without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of €2,000,000.00 excluding VAT for all unit-price services over the contract period.
