Purchase of hygiene and cleaning products and equipment

The Toulouse Métropole in France from Europe region has released this tender for This consultation concerns the purchase of various cleaning products and devices from new cleaning technologies, hygiene products and wadding, cleaning equipment, microfibers and plastic accessories, single-use catering items, disinfection products for premises and catering equipment and cleaning products for sports facilities. This framework agreement sets out all the conditions for the execution of services, it is executed as and when purchase orders are issued by the contracting authority. Place(s) of performance: General Services Department, Toulouse Métropole - 5 chemin de Perpignan - 31100 Toulouse - 350 services of Toulouse Métropole and the City of Toulouse - The municipalities and CCAS (municipal social action centers) that are members of the group, 31000 Toulouse. The services are divided into 7 LOTS: 01 Miscellaneous cleaning products; 02 Cleaning equipment, microfibers and accessories; 03 Cotton wool; 04 Cleaning products for washing the ovens of the central kitchen; 05 Cleaning products for soaking (trays, dishes, etc.) in the central kitchen; 06 Single-use catering items; 07 Specific cleaning products for gymnasiums and swimming pools. Each lot will be subject to a framework agreement. Bidders may submit offers for all lots. This consultation is being conducted within the framework of a joint procurement agreement, in accordance with Articles L. 2113-6 to L. 2113-8 of the French Public Procurement Code, with the following organizations: Toulouse Metropole, the City of Toulouse, as well as other municipalities and CCAS (municipal social action centers) listed in the tender specifications. The coordinator of the joint procurement agreement is: TOULOUSE METROPOLE. It will be responsible for awarding the framework agreement. Each member of the joint procurement group must sign, notify, and monitor the implementation of the framework agreement. The procurement procedure used is: open tendering. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1°, and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement with a maximum value is concluded pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code.
