No division into lots is planned, given the nature of the services, which does not allow for the identification of distinct tasks and does not justify such a division, which, if necessary, would restrict competition and make the execution of the services technically more difficult and financially more costly. The contracting authority may, pursuant to Articles L. 2122-1 and R. 2122-7 of the French Public Procurement Code, award the successful bidder one or more new contracts for the performance of similar services. The duration of any new contract may not exceed three years from the date of notification of this contract. The contracting authority reserves the right to negotiate, by email, via the buyer profile, or during one or more meetings, based on the bid evaluation criteria, with the bidder(s) who submitted the most economically advantageous offer, possibly in successive stages to progressively reduce the number of solutions to be discussed or offers to be negotiated.
