The RTM - Metropolitan Transport Authority in France from Europe region has released this tender for 1/ The consultation is divided into two lots as follows: Lot 1: Rental and maintenance of tires for the urban bus and coach fleet; Lot 2: Rental and maintenance of tires for the intercity bus and coach fleet. The services to be performed are described and executed in accordance with the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions (CCAP), the Technical Specifications (CCTP) common to all lots, and the specific annex for each lot, documents attached to this Notice of Public Invitation to Tender. 2/ These public contracts are awarded using a negotiated procedure, pursuant to Articles L21243, R21244, and R216121 to R216123 of the French Public Procurement Code, hereinafter referred to as "the Code." 3/ These are framework agreements as defined in Articles L21251.1° and R21622 et seq. of the Code. Each framework agreement is concluded with a single economic operator and executed through the issuance of purchase orders (under the conditions set out in Articles R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Code). Pursuant to Article R2162-4 of the Code, each framework agreement is concluded without a minimum commitment amount and with a maximum commitment amount over its duration (8 years), namely: Lot 1: €18,500,000.00 excluding VAT; Lot 2: €11,500,000.00 excluding VAT. 4/ These are public service contracts which refer to the General Administrative Clauses applicable to public contracts for current supplies and services (CCAG/FCS), approved by the decree of March 30, 2021. 5/ The duration of each framework agreement is eight years firm, from its date of notification. with tender notice no. 702497-2026 published on 12 Oct 2026.
