It is reiterated that the project management role is incompatible with any project management mandate, project owner assistance, works execution, or technical inspection relating to the works or projects covered by this contract. Participation in the application phase implies full and unreserved acceptance by the bidders of these competition rules. Total or partial non-compliance with the provisions and rules of the competition may result in the exclusion of the bidders.
