The EoI and any further information communicated to the Entities or which come to their knowledge in the course of the EOI and the performance of the work are confidential and are strictly dedicated to the purpose of the EOI. The Call for Tenders will be structured around six (6) independent lots: • Lot 1 Servers, maintenance, and support Server infrastructure (chassis, blades, rack-type, etc.), management software, and maintenance/support. • Lot 2: Storage, maintenance, and support Storage and storage area network (SAN) infrastructure, management software, and maintenance/support. • Lot 3: Maintenance of existing equipment Maintenance and support for the existing equipment installed on-premises at the Organisations. • Lot 4: Hyper-converged systems Hardware and/or software solutions that integrate compute, storage, networking, and virtualization resources in a single appliance of cluster (hyper-converged systems). This lot includes maintenance/support for hyperconverged systems. • Lot 5: Datacentre Software Licenses, support and maintenance for specific software used to add functionality to the server infrastructure and/or to manage and monitor it. This lot includes and maintenance/support for datacentre software. • Lot 6 Professional Services Technical expert services, in the field of Servers, Storage and Hyper-converged Systems, for specific projects such as but not limited to auditing or upgrading existing infrastructure, implementing application solutions, transforming infrastructure, integration of different technologies from the same and different vendors, etc..
