Single-award framework agreement with purchase orders for the operation of the Arles transfer center, the reception, conditioning and transport of household and similar waste to disposal sites

The ACCM Agglomeration Community in France from Europe region has released this tender for The services necessary for the operation of the Arles transfer station, including the reception, inspection, grouping, packaging, and transfer of residual household waste (RHW), recyclable household packaging, and other authorized waste streams, as well as their transport to the disposal sites designated by ACCM, are defined in the Special Technical Specifications (CCTP). The contract is organized as a single lot encompassing the operation of the transfer station, waste stream management, the provision and handling of moving floor trailers (MFDs), and the transport of waste to the disposal sites designated by ACCM. The contractor is subject to a performance obligation under the conditions defined in the contractual documents. They must implement all necessary measures to ensure the continuity of public service, the safety of individuals, environmental protection, and compliance with applicable regulations. This framework agreement is subject, where applicable, to the legal, regulatory, and contractual provisions governing the transfer of personnel, in particular those resulting from the extended National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Waste Management Activities of May 11, 2000 (and its subsequent amendments). Information concerning the personnel involved is specified in the tender documents. The framework agreement is concluded with effect from January 1, 2027 (or from its notification date if later) for an initial term of twelve (12) months, tacitly renewable three (3) times for a period of one year each, without its total duration exceeding forty-eight (48) months.
