Tenders are invited for Support for the Registration and Installation Formalities of Asmae in RCI Today, Asmae supports and accompanies projects in the fields of education and child protection in partnership with around thirty local organizations in Burkina Faso, Egypt, Lebanon, Madagascar and the Philippines. Asmae is also carrying out projects in France and is considering opening a project in Côte d'Ivoire for the end of 2023. Asmae is a French international solidarity NGO specializing in the development of children and young people. Independent, secular and apolitical, it is open to all. Created in 1980 by Sister Emmanuelle on the basis of her experience with ragpickers in the slums of Cairo, Asmae pursues its action in accordance with the values​​and methods inherited from its founder: listening and proximity, pragmatism, consideration of differences, professionalism and reciprocity. Asmae's action aims to support vulnerable children and their families through tailor-made and long-term support for local actors working in the fields of education and child protection. Its vision “A just world that guarantees children to live and grow up with dignity with their families and their environment to become free women and men, actors in society” is divided into four missions: · Promote the development of children and young people through a global approach. For this, Asmae also acts on the support of families taking into account the environment; · Strengthen the capacity of local child development actors, strengthen synergies between them and maximize their social impact; · Defend the cause of the child through awareness raising and advocacy; · Experiment, swarm and disseminate. The deliverables are as follows: · Ensuring CNPS and CNAM affiliations · Carry out the procedures for tax exemption, VAT, and tax declaration · Set up the accounting-finance software (SAGA) and the settings · Support the opening of bank accounts · Set up a mission cash management system (formalization of flows, purchase of a cash register or safe). · Set up a payroll management system · Identify and collect the constituent texts of the labor law in force and ensure the proper drafting of employment contracts · Contract a legal person, with priority competence in labor law. · Identify national staff health insurance · Set up a purchasing procedure · Select the office in Korhogo, proceed with the water and electricity subscription, supply the goods and equipment. · Choose the telephone and internet operator · Ensure the security and integrity of the Korhogo office (fire, etc.) · Set up a document archiving system. · Contribute to the analysis of the security context
