In order to guarantee the perfect preparation of the selected location, the CEA wishes, through the contract subject to this notice, to carry out the preparatory work necessary for the development of the construction area. This work corresponds to the following services: - Layout of the construction site area; - The removal and rerouting of existing networks in the area; - The redevelopment of the merlon located on the building adjacent to the future building, including the removal of existing works; - The creation of the platform of the future building and the future living bases for the works phase; - Removal of excess excavated materials from the site; - The supply of all the necessary networks (including Waste Water, Industrial Water, Drinking Water, Infrastructure for High Currents and Low Industrial Currents). The work in this Contract corresponds to the preparatory work prior to the construction of an extension to an existing Building. This work includes the following: • The Contractor’s site installation area, including site signage, • The creation of elements ensuring the delimitation of the future construction site area which includes: o Implementation of limitations for future works o The installation of protective fences and barriers o The creation of the platform and constraints associated with the future guard station, including dry and wet networks • The removal and/or rerouting of dry and wet networks (including EP, EI, AEP, CFO, CFI,) • The redevelopment of the merlon of the existing building with the associated constraints including in particular: o Removal of the merlon (approximately 7500m3) o Removal of existing reinforced concrete structures (retaining structures and exterior gallery) o The construction of new reinforced concrete retaining structures for the roof merlon of approximately 50ml o The cladding of the exterior wall of the existing building, including all constraints (approximately 60m x 12m) • The development of the platform for the future extension (approximately 1500 m3 of excavation) (depth of approximately 1m) • The development of the life base area for an approximate surface area of 1300m² • Evacuation of excavated materials (drop-off zone on the site 1.5 km one way) • The installation of networks, substations and electrical equipment for the future site from the existing building (1 general site distribution cabinet supplying the camp sites, cranes and site boxes) • The installation of dry and wet network arrivals for future construction site bases • Removal and evacuation of the existing HV/LV electrical substation present on the site site as well as associated structures, including electrical connections • G3 mission type geotechnical monitoring • The installation of candelabras on wooden posts with speakers (around ten) • The establishment of all the documents necessary for the proper execution of the work (execution studies, site organization documents, etc.) mentioned above • Carrying out checks and tests to be carried out for the positions mentioned above • The file of works executed The optional services to be carried out under the contract are described below.
