As part of this market, it is expected that the Holder will be the relay in its daily management and its proposals for improvement, just as specific and engaging support is expected towards the hospital sites but also their users. This is why the Contracting Authority has decided to set up a contract with an obligation of results for the entire duration of the said contract (except for the legionella service which is an obligation of means), with an incentive clause for energy savings. The contract includes a total guarantee item with renewal of equipment, which will make it possible, as part of an adapted renewal program, to complete the work already carried out previously and to continue energy savings but also to guarantee the notion of obsolescence and average age of the equipment. It also includes a strong component of services concerning safety in general, and more particularly health safety, particularly with regard to the problem of Legionnaires' disease (appropriate means, control, curative actions, health record, etc.).
