The main objective of this request for information (DI) is to provide the National Agency for Information Systems Security (ANSSI) with information on the necessary studies and the possible creation of a physical box including electronic and digital cards, as well as firmware ensuring the platform functions of the ENPS; as well as the study, creation and integration of an external hardware boot token to unlock the ENPS. The project which could be launched following this DI-RFI would include a phase of producing a small number of ENPS at prototype level which would make it possible to validate the envisaged use cases. Following this phase, industrialization of the solution and its deployment on a larger scale could be considered. The response to this DI may only concern one of these two pieces of equipment (ENPS or startup token), or even only part of the hardware or software developments of one of these two pieces of equipment. This DI does not constitute an act of purchase, nor a consultation linked to a public contract, nor even information on a future public contract. It cannot constitute any commitment by the Administration to subsequently launch an operation on the same subject. Likewise, responses to this DI will not constitute contractual or pre-contractual commitments on the part of their authors. No company responding to this DI will be able to claim remuneration or compensation for the responses provided. In the event that companies do not cover the entire scope on their own, the authors of the responses are asked to communicate on the external capabilities on which they could rely. ANSSI undertakes to only communicate the DI response elements provided by each company to its personnel who need to know them. In addition, if the company wishes to communicate confidential information to the Administration, this must be grouped in a duly identified annex and the company must specify the exact nature of the associated restriction of use that it wishes to see applied by ANSSI. Finally, companies interested in providing a response to this DI have until Friday March 13, 2026, 3:00 p.m. (Paris time) to submit their response.
