The program will also include the one-off relocation of certain back office activities on the floors of the site. This operation requires the formalization of the restricted call for tenders: The minimum number of candidates selected for the tender phase will be 5. The project management mission will include the following missions: -DIAG + APS: the DIAG mission will include the establishment of a survey and a digitized graphic representation of the existing works, namely Plan of the level (structural work, joinery, vertical circulation, ducts, electrical cabinets, heating emitters, cooling, ventilation, etc.), 2 sections, elevations+ Preliminary project Summary-APD: Final preliminary project-PRO (including DGD): Project studies-ACT: Assistance to the project owner for the award of works contracts-EXE limited to VISA: execution studies limited to VISA-DET: Directorate for the execution of works contracts-AOR: Assistance provided to the project owner during acceptance operations and during the perfect guarantee period completion.It will be supplemented by the following missions: -PEMD: products, equipment, materials and waste-OPC: Scheduling, coordination and management of the construction site. As part of the various missions, the project management must also support the project management by carrying out the following services: -Assistance in the valorization of CEE (drafting of clauses in works contracts, collection of documents necessary for the validation of standardized operations, etc.).-Management of construction site waste-Thermal simulation dynamic (STD) to evaluate the energy gain according to the hypotheses which will be defined to be carried out in the pre-project phase and updated in the following phases. The team will present the skills in: - Architecture (DPLG, DE or equivalent - agent) for graphic proposals and other specific technical elements linked to the project, - Design office specializing in the layout of dental practices (Architect or Design Office, in the design and layout of dental practices - compliance with standards, flow management, optimization of surface areas, taking into account current practices as well as existing furniture and materials). - Fluids (high and low current electricity, lighting, HVAC, plumbing-sanitary, medical fluids in support of the specialized dental design office), - Construction economics for cost management and optimization of financial resources, - Acoustic engineering in new or old buildings, - Site Organization and Management (OPC) to coordinate the different trades and monitor the schedules, - Asbestos removal project management with presentation of Qualification 0902 (Asbestos removal project management) OR Certificate of equivalent training OR significant experience allowing assessment of this skill is required (carried out by the architect or economist).
