The purpose of this consultation is the provision of road transport of consumables (and similar), carried out mainly from the EFS Bretagne regional store located in Rennes, to the EFS sites in Brittany, as well as, on an ad hoc basis, to any other EFS site and to other recipients, in mainland France and internationally. The services include: • Collections from the EFS Bretagne centralized store and, where applicable, from any other site designated by the EFS; • Deliveries to EFS sites located in Brittany; • Punctual deliveries outside Brittany, on national territory, in mainland France and abroad; • Returns of goods, documents, empty packaging, containers, materials or any other item entrusted by the EFS, in particular store returns. The products transported are listed in the CCTP. Shipments are mainly packaged on pallets and/or rolls, depending on the needs of the EFS and the characteristics of the goods to be transported. For sites located in Brittany, the holder must ensure deliveries within D+1 maximum from collection. For other destinations in mainland France and internationally, delivery times will be those indicated in the candidate's offer within the limits of what is provided for by the CCTP. It is specified that EFS Bretagne plans to equip itself with an internal transport management tool, via the TMS LEO tool including the functionalities of planning, traceability, messaging, mobile application, pre-invoicing and real-time tracking of packages. The incumbent must be able to integrate this tool into his processes. These elements are developed in the CCTP. Estimated quantities: departures are possible every day to the various EFS Bretagne sites (at least one delivery per week to each site). Concerning departures to other regions of mainland France, this need is estimated at around 2 transports per month. Finally, regarding international transport, this need is estimated at around 1 per year.
