This dashboard aims to: - Centralize, harmonize and promote data from biodiversity and ecosystem services monitoring systems; - Facilitate interoperability with existing systems and ensure the technical and functional sustainability of the tool; - Support public policies and European actors in decision-making for the conservation and restoration of biodiversity. The market is part of the European Biodiversa+ partnership, contributing to the implementation of the European Biodiversity Strategy for 2030. The service will take place in two phases: - Phase 1, treated at a fixed price, relating to the design, development and deployment of the BioDash dashboard in its MVP (Minimum Viable Product) version. - Phase 2, processed at a unit price on purchase orders, relating to preventive, corrective and progressive maintenance of the BioDash dashboard.
