The work concerns the replacement of the elevators below: o Duplex elevators building A: ASC 2 Right (HPZ91) of 10 levels and ASC 3 Left (HPZ90) of 11 levels o Library elevator building D: ASC 5 (HPZ92) of 5 levels The market is not allocated. The market is broken down into a firm tranche and an optional tranche. The project owner only makes a definitive commitment to the contractor for the amount of the firm tranche (the only tranche approved on the date of signature of this contract by the contracting authority). The strengthening of the optional phase of work envisaged for the second half of 2025 will be done by decision of the contracting authority notified by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The technical specifications appear in the CCTP Case n°230903869 The contract includes the guarantee of perfect completion (1 year from receipt of the work), the guarantee of proper functioning (2 years from receipt of the work), the legal guarantee against hidden defects (2 years from the discovery of the hidden defect), as well as the ten-year guarantee (10 years from receipt of the work). The contract also includes on-site preventive and corrective maintenance of the equipment, starting upon receipt of the work, for a period of one year expressly renewable three times. Maintenance services are subject to a minimum one-year warranty in accordance with article 33 of the CCAG/FCS.
