This will include both the Low Current network, the active and passive equipment, their mechanical and electronic security, and the associated management and cybersecurity systems (lot 1), - Deploy a new High Current network from the General Low Voltage Switchboards, in order to ensure the power supply of the new equipment, whether network or business (lot 1), - Implement hypervision software, capable of synthesizing and linking together the different information from the Security systems business software. It must have the most ergonomic Human-Machine Interface (HMI) possible allowing simple operation. Systems from third party publishers will have to be taken over (handrail, internal telephone network, internal sound system) (lot 1), - Redesign of the video protection system, deploy new cameras and implement associated video operating software (VMS) (lot 1), - Design and implement the new Access Control (AC) system, of recent technology, meeting ANSSI certification needs according to level 1 architecture. It will also be necessary to set up associated operating software, to be integrated into hypervision. In certain cases, the replacement of the door frame or its locks will be included as part of this operation (lot 1), - Renovate the Close Detection of Works (DRO) system. The devices and equipment used for detection will be retained. The distribution network and acquisition equipment (alarm centers) will have to be taken over. It will also be necessary to set up associated operating software, to be integrated into hypervision (lot 1), - Renovate the Intrusion Detection (ID) system. The devices and equipment used for detection will be retained. The distribution network and acquisition equipment (alarm centers) will have to be taken over. It will also be necessary to set up associated operating software, to be integrated into hypervision (lot 1), - Update the software and hardware parts of the Key Management cabinet system, to be connected to the security network and their management software will be integrated into hypervision (lot 1), - The overhaul of Control Posts, both on technical aspects (PC, video walls, electricity, air conditioning, Fire Safety, lighting) but also architectural aspects (furniture, interior design, acoustics). An ergonomic study will be carried out (lot 1), - The creation of new technical premises according to the needs of the new deployed network, subject of this lot All hardware and software implemented must be sufficiently scalable and open to adapt to technological developments and not be constrained by a closed system. In addition, they must be able to easily communicate with each other, The work will take place on an occupied site. Part of this work may be carried out during staggered hours, The Museum, as well as all of its annexes and gardens, will remain in operation throughout the duration of the work. The switchover from old systems to new ones must be carried out without interruption of operation, throughout the deployment. The changeover will be carried out in coordination with the museum's technical and operational teams (internal and service providers). The technical specifications are detailed in the business consultation file (DCE). The realization of these works will have to face several constraints: - an intervention on an occupied site at one of the museums receiving the most visitors in France involving strict application of safety rules and rigorous management of construction site nuisances such as noise, vibrations and dust; - constraints of accessibility and transport of materials; - in general, all the constraints defined in the market documents and in particular in the CCTP..
