This framework agreement concerns the supply of multimedia, telephone and computer equipment as well as their accessories, software and maintenance services for the Musée du Quai Branly – Jacques Chirac. It notably includes the provision of equipment adapted to creative uses, intended for audio, video and graphic processing and production, offering a fluid, precise and optimized environment for multimedia creation tools. This computer hardware must absolutely work with the MacOs and iOS operating systems. Indeed, the Musée du Quai Branly – Jacques Chirac uses several professional multimedia creation software that only works in the MacOs ecosystem. This choice guarantees the continuity of existing workflows, access to the specialized tools necessary for audiovisual and graphic production, as well as smooth integration with devices already deployed within the establishment. The adoption of hardware running MacOs also makes it possible to ensure better maintenance, centralized management of workstations and to avoid software incompatibility problems that could harm the quality of the museum's multimedia projects. It does not concern: - The supply of servers in X86 technology, storage equipment (SAN and S2D bays), network (switches and routers) and backup and associated services; - The supply of desktop and laptop computers (running under Windows). These needs are covered by other framework agreements. Non-exhaustively, the following supplies and services are expected in this framework agreement: • Complete fixed workstations, with or without screen (excluding PC hardware); • Portable workstations (excluding PC hardware); • Screens; • Printers; • Consumables; • Pocket terminals, smartphones and others; • Graphic tablets; • All types of compatible peripherals and accessories; • All types of wired or wireless connection; • All types of wired or wireless switches; • Warranty extensions for this hardware and software; • Subscriptions and software solutions via the internet (cloud); • Common office, graphics and multimedia software for all of this equipment. The supply of software, as well as maintenance services intended for this equivalent and compatible equipment or hardware, are also provided for within the framework of the framework agreement. The technical details of the services are specified in article 6 of this specific clauses book (CCP).
