This framework agreement, divided into lots, concerns legal services for the activities of the Musée du quai Branly – Jacques Chirac, on a non-exclusive basis, in accordance with Article R.2123-1 of the French Public Procurement Code (social services and other specific services), comprising: - Legal consultation and non-litigation assistance services for both lots, - As well as, for Lot 2 only, pre-litigation and litigation monitoring services relating to trademarks and domain names.
