In accordance with Article R.2162-4 2° of the French Public Procurement Code, the contract is awarded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of €740,000 excluding VAT for its total duration (including renewals). This public contract is concluded for a period of twelve months from the date of notification. At the end of this initial contractual period, the public contract is tacitly renewable three times for a further period of twelve months.
