Works contract for the replacement of the refrigeration system at the La Plagne Tarentaise bobsleigh track - Lot 03 - Refrigeration Process

The SOLIDEO ALPES 2030 in France from Europe region has released this tender for This consultation concerns exclusively Lot No. 3, "Cold Processing," of the renovation project for the La Plagne Tarentaise bobsleigh site. The other work lots will be subject to a subsequent consultation. The provisional breakdown of the project, which may change, is detailed in the Special Conditions of Contract (CCAP). This lot is being launched early to allow for equipment manufacturing lead times and to enable the facility to be recommissioned for the 2027-2028 winter season. The services will be carried out in coordination with the other lots, according to the phasing and procedures stipulated in the contract documents. The services include, in particular, the removal and disposal of the three existing R507 refrigeration units, refrigerant treatment, replacement of the water cooling towers with two air-cooled ("gas-coolers"), and the installation of three new CO2 (R744) refrigeration units. These services also include securing the engine room, modernizing the automation and control systems, adding energy metering equipment, and upgrading the hydraulic networks and their insulation in the engine room and at turns 6 and 15. The contract is a fixed-price, lump-sum contract, subject to revision. Its duration is set at 31 months from the date of notification, including a two-month preparation period and a guarantee of completion. This tender includes the following four optional additional services (OAS): OAS No. 1 - Extension of the warranty from two to five years; OAS No. 2 - Rerouting of the collectors at turn 6; OAS No. 3 - Rerouting of the collectors at turn 15; OAS No. 4 - Supply of a maintenance stock (pump, probe, and control valves). The content of the basic services and the OAS is described in the Technical Specifications.
