The tender was published by Marzahn-Hellersdorf district office in Berlin on 17 Oct 2025 for 02-scaffolding work Two MUR buildings mobile teaching units at the school location of the integrated secondary school Konrad-Wachsmann-Schule Ro weiner Ring 11 and 13 in Berlin-Hellersdorf are to be renovated and spatially adapted and modernized for today s school operations The roof areas are being renovated and made more energy efficient An extensive green roof with PV modules is also used as a roof covering The future drainage of the roof areas will take place on the outside of the facade The facade receives a thermal insulation composite system corresponding to the energy requirements with a thickness of 14 cm with mineral Insulation as well as appropriate plaster construction and painting The existing external steel escape stairs will be dismantled disposed of and replaced with new steel stairs as escape stairs with corresponding new foundations in front of the renovated facades The external doors will be made of metal and the windows will be made of wood with external shading systems The planned interior renovation includes the renewal of the entire building technology i e the heating technology and all electrical systems where necessary the ventilation systems will also be renewed Old floor coverings will be removed and replaced in all classrooms adjoining rooms and all hallways Furthermore the existing suspended ceiling structures replaced by new ceilings with appropriate sound insulation requirements Existing drywall walls must be completely removed and rebuilt due to the KMF-contaminated insulation The existing solid reinforced concrete walls will largely remain intact In house 11 non-load-bearing reinforced concrete walls on the 2nd floor will be demolished to create two larger classrooms All toilet rooms will be gutted and completely renovated these areas will be renovated The screed was also completely demolished and replaced In the outdoor areas new escape and access routes as well as parking spaces and parking spaces for bicycles will be paved or created Services for scaffolding construction work are offered The following measures are part of this tender - 2950 m2 working and protective scaffolding LK 4 W 09 - 425 m2 scaffolding cladding construction film - 240 m roofing protection - 1150 m scaffolding widening interior - 920 m of internal railing - 4 podium stairs - Reserved for approx 7 months.
