The joint seam represents the boundary between the construction sections BA50 (not part of this tender) and BA60 (content of this tender). It consists of the so-called distributor structure, in which the two tracks of the 2nd main line are extended to three tracks via switches, and the three so-called 'finger structures', which lead the three tracks to the surface. Due to the new track layout, adjustments are required at the intersection structure km 1.722 of line 5600 and the railway crossing (EÜ) EÜ Berg-am-Laim Street km 10.469 line 5510. Additionally, rail protection structures must be built at the pillars and a contact protection must be installed on the structure. Furthermore, five support walls are to be built as part of the track body renovation. For the renovation of the existing Leuchtenbergring station to six platform edges, a new platform 0 is built north of the existing track area in free position. The platform partially lies above the existing EÜ Leuchtenbergring, from which the platform access paths are constructed from the western and eastern walkways of the Leuchtenbergring underpass. The EÜ Leuchtenbergring is spanned by a new platform structure. Additionally, the existing platforms A and B are completely renewed, with platform A being restored to its original condition and platform B being moved eastward. The existing stairs to the Leuchtenbergring underpass are retained as in the current state. In connection with the platform renovation, the City of Munich builds a pedestrian bridge, which is also part of this tender. This bridge is located west of platforms 0, A, and B and spans the track area from north to south. The bridge is connected to the three platforms via fixed stairs and elevators, ensuring barrier-free access to the Leuchtenbergring transportation station. The subject tender includes the construction works of the named works and the performance of the construction planning for construction assistance.
