3D technology, surveying, framework agreement for the surveying of interior and exterior surfaces

The State of Berlin – Special Fund for Real Estate of the State of Berlin (SILB) c/o BIM Berliner Immobilienmanagement GmbH in Germany from Europe region has released this tender for Berlin Real Estate Management GmbH (BIM GmbH) manages state-owned properties in various portfolios on behalf of the State of Berlin. Services under a framework agreement for surveying interior and exterior areas are being tendered, divided into two lots: Lot 1; Data updates and initial surveys for buildings: For the management of these properties, building and exterior facility surveys were carried out in large batches based on specifications, and subsequently, as needed, winter maintenance plans were created based on the exterior facility data. This will sometimes require on-site surveys of the relevant sub-areas. Therefore, a framework agreement with a contractual partner for the initial recording and data maintenance of outdoor facilities and winter service areas was tendered across the portfolio for the properties managed by BIM throughout Europe. The contractor is obligated to perform initial recording and data maintenance for outdoor facilities or winter service areas in accordance with the respective project-specific individual work orders, whereby the contractor is responsible for fulfilling all services specified in the individual work order and its associated appendices. Lot 2; Initial recording and data maintenance of outdoor facilities and winter service areas: For the active management of the buildings relevant to the management on these properties, building surveys for facility management were prepared based on specifications. During the course of management, further properties will be transferred to various portfolios, for which building surveys will be required as needed according to the specifications of BIM GmbH (initial recording). Furthermore, a revision of the existing building data is required due to construction work (data update of the existing CAD and alphanumeric data). This will require on-site measurements of the relevant sub-areas.
