81316921 framework for social media services for international cooperation projects The area of sector and global projects GLOBE of the German Society for International Cooperation GIZ GmbH consists of six departments with several groups and numerous projects division management economy social affairs digitization Crisis and conflict management migration building Climate environment infrastructure Global Policy Governance Cities Rural development and agricultural economy Due to the size of the Globe area there is the aim of increasing its efficiency and control capacity A field of action to achieve these goals is to standardize services and to achieve efficiency gains in the procurement of goods services and in the contract processing For this reason the order for existing framework agreement on social media was created for the entire Globe area On the one hand the order should ensure that social media services described below are called up by all GLOBE projects without much additional effort and thus reduced costs On the other hand synergies between communication strands are to be used opportunities and risks are evaluated and possible potential strategically developed In the medium term existing social media appearances should be optimized and further social media appearances are to be made possible As a service provider for international cooperation for sustainable development and international educational work the German Society for International Cooperation GIZ GmbH is committed to a future worth living GIZ has more than 50 years of experience in a wide variety of fields from promoting economic and employment to energy and environmental issues to the promotion of peace and security The diverse know -how is asked for the globe - by the German federal government institutions of the European Union the United Nations the private sector and governments from other countries GIZ cooperates with companies civil society actors and scientific institutions and thus contributes to a successful interplay of developmental policy and other areas of political and action Our main order is the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development BMZ The area of sector and global projects GLOBE supports the BMZ other federal departments and other clients in the design of global agenda and international cooperation Globe bundles as an operational area Consulting projects in various sectors and support to implement global agendas on site including in the topics of business social affairs digitization crisis and conflict management migration building climate environment infrastructure global policy governance cities as well as rural development and agricultural economy Projects of emergency and transitional aid and building global projects that go beyond the geographical limits of a regional area Accompanying and conception of political dialogue processes through the development policy forum Globe positions the German development policy - nationally and internationally on behalf of the Federal Government and the BMZ The background to the tender is the steadily increasing need for professional social media communication on the part of the client The use of social media for the public relations work of the GLOBE projects is essential in order to bring current issues of development policy into public in the interests of the Federal Government and the BMZ and also save them by avoiding individual tenders time and costs Therefore all Globe units are to be strategically advised and supported by surgery On the one hand this means using synergies between communication strands evaluating opportunities and risks and strategically developing possible potential The aim is to further increase awareness rising for certain target groups to further promote the positioning of certain development policy topics in relevant networks and to publish results from technical advice On the other hand this means to expand and optimize existing social media appearances surgically as well as to enable new social media appearances A large number of projects in Globe already use its own social media channels and communication products and has target group -oriented Internet appearances These existing channels should be designed and optimized accordingly and similar performance packages for further globe projects should be made possible
