Alsfeld location Implementation of security services at the Alsfeld location An der Hessenhalle 5-7 36304 Alsfeld of the initial reception center of the State of Hesse EAEH in responsibility for the regional council in Giessen In this case a total of approximately 71 076 hours per year have to be worked both in day and night work The services are divided between operations management shift management and security employees with a total of 9 employees sometimes having to be available per shift The services to be provided include in particular - Control of all passenger supplier and vehicle traffic to the property - Preventing the obvious introduction of dangerous objects or preventing the unauthorized removal of files documents and other objects - Carrying out various location-specific patrols and patrols Inclusion of the inspection of the structural fencing of the site and the immediate outdoor area - constant manning of the gate s - Inspection of common areas in the buildings including shared sanitary areas and switching off unnecessary running water and lighting - opening and closing buildings or parts of buildings checking the outer skin - Protection against attacks on residents employees the fencing buildings and vehicles as well as against acts of sabotage -Preventing preventing theft damage to property actions to the detriment of life limb and health or other criminal offenses - Initiating measures to prevent or limit damage disruptions accidents or fires that have already occurred In the event of a disruption dangerous event fire necessary evacuation etc the security staff will following instructions from the shift manager evacuate the affected buildings in accordance with the evacuation concept or the fire protection regulations The security staff supports the responsible authorities in clearing the buildings and evacuating the property according to the evacuation plan clearance plan - Checking the fire station and tracking alarms for incoming reports from the security technology installed in the buildings - Regular training of safety-relevant processes in coordination with the site manager - Initiation of first aid measures - Immediate information to the client in the event of significant technical or infrastructural problems -In addition immediate notification of the client in the event of dangers disruptions or other significant incidents by immediately submitting a report and documentation by entering it in the shift report watch book - Maintaining a guard book shift report as well as complete records of the issuance of keys or other security-sensitive items and documentation of shift changes - Detecting vehicle license plates outside the premises if there is suspicion that smuggling organizations are involved - Support in exercising house rights in accordance with the location manager or the house rules - Support with the site manager and or support during space utilization inspections also on an event-related basis - Maintaining trouble-free processes through supporting and securing actions during - pocket money payouts - the food serving times - the issuing times in the magazine and in the clothing room - New arrivals and passenger transfers - if necessary other procedures and processes to be specified by the client - Immediate delivery of all items found in the property to the client Further measures will be taken in coordination with the site management Furthermore a guard control system must be provided and used
