If KfW commissions this, it will award a corresponding individual order to the contractor during the term of the framework agreement, who is then obliged to carry out the ordered service:(1)Sales and delivery of new audiovisual equipment (in particular: displays, projectors and/or LED screens).(2)Sales and delivery of new audio equipment (in particular: radio microphones, mixers, loudspeakers and audio signal technology).(3)Sale and delivery of the hardware and software components from the manufacturer Crestron specified in the service description for the control, image and sound transmission, monitoring and support of the audiovisual media technology devices specified in section (1).(4)Installation, integration (programming, calibration, etc.) and ready-to-use handover of delivered new audiovisual media technology devices as well as any new components from Crestron into KfW's existing media technology infrastructure, including handing over the associated documentation.(5)On a case-by-case basis, testing, maintenance and, if necessary, repairs of the media technology devices already available at KfW as well as the newly delivered media technology devices and any Crestron components.(6)Conversion or modernization of media technology devices and Crestron components already existing on KfW premises (planning and implementation).(7)Project coordination and coordination with other trades associated with the aforementioned installation, maintenance and modernization activities as well as technology-related advice.
